TFKs return on level five ended in a disappointing affair. Seven wins, one draw and six losses put the club on a 5th place and a relegation qualification which they, at least, won.
A lot of pressure followed Torden FK after last seasons performance. Supporters talked about a direct promotion, and sponsors craved for victories. What was not taken into consideration, was the quality and rank of the divison league. TFK ended up in the forth best ranked fifth division in Norway, and therefore had to deal with other clubs at the same level as us. Coach Homner said;
- We are obviously disappointed with the way the season turned out. After last seasons success, everyone had higher hopes than a fifth place. Still, we have to remember how high this division league was ranked, and how good the other teams were.
We're now closing this seasons chapter and looking forward to season 77, kicking off saturday 1st of june at 16:00.
